Prices

We always try to offer our customers wallet-friendly prices on Wider Cable products. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed on widercable.com at any time, and particularly to correct pricing mistakes that appear on our website.

Payment Security

All payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways with SSL encryption to ensure maximum data protection.

We never store your credit card or banking information on our servers.

    Sales Tax

    In accordance with state and government law, Wider Cable must apply the appropriate sales tax based on the shipping address provided and the current tax rate at the time of purchase. If sales tax changes before products are shipped, the tax rate at the time the order is invoiced will apply.

    Tax-Exempt Orders

    If an order is placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, including those using Form W-9, please send an email to sales@widercable.com.

    Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state in which the product is being shipped. A representative will advise you on how to fax/email your tax-exempt certificate in order to initiate the tax refund process. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order. Organizations and/or individual names on the order must match the state tax-exempt certificate exactly.

    WIDER WIRE & CABLE CO., LIMITED does not accept federal tax exemption certificates.

    Payment Confirmation

    After successful payment:

    • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and invoice.
    • If you don’t receive confirmation within one business day, please check your spam folder or contact us at sales@widercable.com.
