2. Processing Time and Delivery Time
Order Processing Time
In addition to force majeure, we will ship within two working days. If your product does not meet the conditions for delivery within 3-5 working days, our team will connect with you to discuss the best courier partner and the possible delivery times. Custom-made or special-order products may require additional processing time, which will be discussed at the time of accepting the order.
Shipping Time
From 3 to 5 business days, depending on the product you purchased and your location, we will ship the goods to you from China or Vietnam.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and preferred delivery option.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders (outside China & Vietnam) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as they vary by region and are not included in the product or shipping price.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we work with reliable carriers, unforeseen delays can occur due to customs clearance or courier issues.

7. Cancel or Change An Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as you can.
We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please get in touch with us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping charges.
